GETTING TO LARNE
Our Larne ferry terminal is easily reached by road, rail or bus, so no matter how you are travelling to Scotland with us, you’ll be reassured to know that along with easily accessible transport links and the convenient location of the port of Larne, your journey from door to ship will be much easier than you think!
Below you’ll find all the information you need to get to the port on your departure day.
Please remember to make sure you leave in plenty of time: Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure for vehicles, and 45 minutes for foot passengers.
The ferry terminal is 1 mile from Larne and 22 miles from Belfast.
The port is a 35 minute drive from the north of Belfast. From Belfast take the M2 north and stay in lanes 2 and 3 for 4.5 miles, then take the slip road to the left marked Larne via A8 (M). Follow signs to Larne, then Ferry Port.
Translink runs train services to Larne Town and Larne Harbour stations from a number of destinations including Belfast Central and Belfast Great Victoria Street.
- The terminal can get busy at peak times so please arrive in plenty of time for your ferry.
- Short and long term parking are available at the port, payable locally.
- It’s important we get everyone on board quickly so all ferries can depart on schedule.
