Returns

If you are unhappy with any purchase made on board any of our vessels, P&O Ferries is happy to offer a refund or exchange (stock dependent) within 30 days of your purchase providing you have proof of payment.

The item must be in its original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.

Exclusions


For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of the following items (unless faulty)
• Cosmetics/Fragrance once the original packaging has been opened
• Earrings
• Headphones

We are also unable to accept returns of tobacco, alcohol and confectionery (unless faulty).
Unless an item is faulty we are unable to accept items that are not returned in the same condition as sold.
Faulty Items


If your item has developed a fault, we are happy to provide you with a full refund or a replacement (stock dependent) within 6 months of your purchase as long as you can provide us with a proof of purchase.
