Returns
If you are unhappy with any purchase made on board any of our vessels, P&O Ferries is happy to offer a refund or exchange (stock dependent) within 14 days of your purchase providing you have proof of payment.

The item must be in its original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition.

Exclusions
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of the following items (unless faulty)
• Cosmetics and fragrance once the original packaging has been opened
• Earrings
• Headphones
We are also unable to accept returns of tobacco, alcohol and confectionery and motoring items (unless faulty).
Unless an item is faulty we are unable to accept Items that are not returned in the same condition as sold.

Faulty Items
If your item has developed a fault, we are happy to provide you with a full refund or a replacement (stock dependent) within 6 months of your purchase as long as you can provide us with a proof of purchase.

Returns Procedure
The cost of goods will not be refunded until we have received the original item. P&O Ferries have the right to reduce the amount refunded depending on wear and tear.
