How do I get my booking confirmed?
Once you have made payment, you will see a booking confirmation screen and an automatic email confirmation will be sent to you. These will contain all relevant travel and payment information about your booking. On the day of travel, quote your booking reference number to our check-in staff and your boarding card will be issued.
How do I amend or cancel my booking?
If you need to amend or cancel you booking, please call us and have your booking reference number to hand. Please note that some offers booked may have limited flexibility and/or attract an amendment or cancellation charge. For further information please see our terms and conditions. You can now upgrade the onboard accommodation and pre-booked meals on existing bookings with the new my bookings area of the website.
I don't know the registration of the vehicle I will be travelling in, can I still book online?
Yes you can; simply enter the vehicle registration as 'TBA' and we will clarify it at the port when you check in.
Do you accept animals on the Portsmouth - Bilbao route?
Due to the duration of the journey we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any pets on this route. Pets may travel on all of our other routes, and you can book animals on the Dover-Calais route online.
Can I reserve more than one vehicle space per booking?
No, for each vehicle you must make a separate booking, this also applies to motorcycles and bicycles. If your party would like to share cabins, please call us to book.
I have a different number of passengers travelling on the outbound leg of my journey than on the return, how do I book this?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to select different passenger numbers for each leg of your journey online, so please call us and we will be happy to assist you with your request.
I’m a Unitholder - what is my PIN number to access the Unitholder website?
If you have forgotten your PIN number you can complete this form and we'll get it to you as soon as possible. The Unitholder website can now be accessed by selecting unitholders from the page footer.
Do I have to book a cabin when I travel from Hull to Rotterdam/Zeebrugge or Portsmouth to Bilbao?
Our services from Hull and Portsmouth are overnight sailings and cabin accommodation is compulsory for all passengers
