Belgian brewery opens doors to public

Europe is known for its fine beers and wines, and many make the trip to the continent to sample the latest from the brewing world, not to mention bringing some back to enjoy at home.

Belgium will be the place to be for beer connoisseurs next weekend, as the Cantillon Brewery opens its doors to the public. And it is an early start, with the first visitors being welcomed in at 06:30 in the morning of November 10th.

The master brewer will be on hand, with his family and friends to show people around, with guided tours running from 07:00 until 14:00. This famous brewery was founded in 1900, since which time little has changed in the process of making some of the country's finest beers.

From hopping, to barrel-cleaning, to sampling the finished product, visitors will get to experience every part of the beer-making process, reports WhatsonWhen.

And a traditional breakfast of croissants and coffee will also be served for those arriving in the early morning.
