Stevie Wonder to wow fans in France

Stevie Wonder is set to wow fans in France with his back catalogue of hits this summer.

On Sunday September 28th, the soul singer will perform at the Bercy Stadium in Paris, treating fans to renditions of hit such as Superstitious, Isn't She Lovely and Lately.

The Motown star, who was born in Michigan in 1950, has been making music for decades and is famed for his distinctive voice, keyboard performances and harmonica skills.

On his website, Wonder explains his love for music saying that despite his prolific output he has never tried to create songs on "some sort of schedule".

He added: "When creating music you have to live life - be inspired by life - to create experiences that are worth sharing with the world."

Fans of the musical maestro could turn their trip into a weekend break in Paris, which the Lonely Planet describes as the city which "will put the joie back in your vivre".
