Dine in style at the brasserie. You will find a great selection of fine wines and the highest quality choice of fine British cuisine cooked to perfection and served to your table. We have revamped our offering, so take a look at our great new menu.

The Brasserie has a varied breakfast menu and stays open throughout the day, offering a range of sumptuous breakfast, lunch and dinner choices for adults, and a great kids menu too. Relax and enjoy your meal in comfortable and ambient surroundings.

For starters you might try anything from ‘Fresh Asparagus and Hollandaise’ to ‘Field mushrooms with bacon and Lancashire cheese’. Follow it up with a delicious main course such as ‘Costswold Char grilled Lamb Steak ’, ‘Rib Eye Steak’ or Britain's most traditional dish ‘fish and chips’. The main menu includes a range of dishes suited to all palates - including some delicious vegetarian options. We also have a new 'Lite Bites' option for those with less of an appetite, here you can choose from lights snacks such as a 'Soup of the day or Nicoise Salad' as well as other tasty offerings. If you still have room, why not try one of our irresistible desserts and finish off with a liqueur and coffee.
