How can I find out what currency is required for the country I am visiting?
Our currency by country guide will show you the currency required for the country you are travelling to, as well as any restrictions that may apply.

What if I need to order multiple currencies?
There is no restriction to the number of currencies you can buy through our onboard Bureau de Change.  Should you require information relating to more obscure currencies  please contact 01304 862527 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)

How much foreign currency am I able to order at any one time?
There is no limit to the amount you can obtain onboard at our Bureau.  However, certain forms of identification on  large currency orders will be requested. It is advisable to contact us on +44 (0)1304 862527  (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) for further information when purchasing.

Where or how can I receive my foreign currency?
When you are aboard you will be able to purchase your travel money at our onboard Bureau de Change.

What methods of payment can be used when purchasing foreign currency?
There are various payment methods that are accepted. When a transaction takes place at our onboard Bureau, payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card (card payment can only be accepted with supported proof of Idenfication, this can be a passport or driving licence). Not available on Irish Sea services.

Do you offer foreign coins as well as notes?
Our onboard bureau offers various denominations of Euro coinage  (2€, 1€, 50,20,10,5,2 and even 1 cents).
