How to claim a credit note for future travel

While we understand the uncertainty around the situation, we are currently, and expect to continue, running our services as a vital part of European transport and logistics.

 

We will hold the price of your ticket as a credit against a future booking of the same ticket type (you can rebook and future travel (using the credit) must be completed by 30th September 2022).

 

If you are travelling on our Hull to Rotterdam route up to and including 15th November 2021 you can make your claim for future credit below. For all other future bookings, you can rest assured that we are waiving all cancellation fees, so you can Book with Confidence.

 

We will email you within the next 28 days to confirm that your credit has been activated, and confirm how to re-book in the future.

 

We continue to follow government and maritime guidelines, and can therefore only refer you to your travel insurance for any other rights to refund.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Your credit is valid for a future booking of the same ticket type. Future travel (using the credit) must be completed by 30th September 2022. P&O Ferries will waive the cost of the amendment fee to all applicable ticket types. Changes in the route, date, time, passenger numbers or vehicle types are subject to availability and will result in the difference in price between the original price, and the fare applicable on the day the amendment is made being charged. All cabin types are subject to availability. If a cabin type is not available, another will be allocated, which will be reflected in the price. The same vehicle type and passenger names/numbers will be assumed unless specified otherwise. Credits cannot be redeemed at the port. Credits cannot be used for bookings of vehicles designed for commercial use or for group travel bookings. Once the credit has been redeemed for a new booking it cannot be subsequently amended to dates outside of the original validity period. Any subsequent amendment will incur the applicable amendment fee. The credit is non-transferable and is subject to space and availability.
