Conditions générales promotionnelles

1. Général

Ces conditions générales couvrent les offres/promotions/tarifs annoncés et doivent être consultées conjointement avec les principales conditions générales de P&O Ferries. Toutes les offres sont soumises aux limitations en matière d'espace, de navigations et de dates, sont conformes au moment de leur publication et sont susceptibles d'être retirées sans préavis. Les réservations promotionnelles ne sont pas modifiables, aucun remboursement ou annulation ne sera autorisé, sauf indication contraire. Les offres promotionnelles ne peuvent pas être utilisées en combinaison avec d'autres offres ou codes, et ne peuvent faire l'objet d'une réduction supplémentaire. Les tarifs promotionnels ne sont pas proposés au port. Les réservations de camping-cars et de minibus sont soumises à un supplément en cas de dépassement des limites en hauteur et longueur et, avec les vans, peuvent être exclus de certaines offres.

L’ensemble de nos offres ne sont valables que pour les réservations effectuées plus de 36 heures avant votre départ, sauf indication contraire.

2. CGV pour les chèques-cadeaux

1. Les chèques-cadeaux peuvent uniquement être échangés par téléphone contre l'achat d'une traversée en ferry en compagnie de P&O Ferries entre Douvres et Calais, Hull et Europoort/Zeebruges, Larne et Cairnryan ou Liverpool et Dublin.

2. Les chèques-cadeaux ne peuvent pas être utilisés pour l'achat de biens à bord des navires P&O Ferries ou dans les points de vente portuaires.

3. Pour pouvoir utiliser un chèque-cadeau, la personne dont le nom figure sur le chèque, tel que spécifié par l'acheteur au moment de l'achat, doit faire partie de l’entité qui a réservé. Les chèques-cadeaux ne sont pas transférables et ne peuvent être revendus ou échangés.

4. Tout solde non utilisé sera enregistré au nom du bénéficiaire et un nouveau numéro de référence sera émis, qui pourra être échangé ultérieurement. 

5. Si le coût de la traversée achetée dépasse la valeur du chèque-cadeau, le solde doit être payé par carte de crédit ou de paiement au moment de la réservation. 

6. Les chèques-cadeaux ont une durée de validité d'un an à compter de leur date d’émission.

7. Un seul chèque-cadeau peut être utilisé par transaction. 

8. Les chèques-cadeaux ne peuvent être échangés que dans la devise d'émission.

9. Les chèques-cadeaux n'ont aucune valeur marchande et ne sont pas remboursables.

10. S’ils ont été modifiés ou obtenus frauduleusement, les chèques-cadeaux sont déclarés nuls.

11. Les bons d'achat ne peuvent pas être échangés contre des réservations déjà effectuées.

12. Les chèques-cadeaux ne peuvent pas être utilisés pour acheter d'autres chèques-cadeaux.

13. Une fois qu'un chèque-cadeau a été échangé et qu'une réservation de ferry a été confirmée au bénéficiaire désigné, les conditions générales de vente de P&O Ferries lui sont applicables.

14. P&O Ferries n'est pas responsable de la perte, du vol, de la destruction ou de l'utilisation non autorisée d'un chèque-cadeau. 

15. Veuillez noter que les enfants de moins de 16 ans ne peuvent pas voyager sans être accompagnés et que les jeunes adultes âgés de 16 à 17 ans ne peuvent pas voyager sans autorisation parentale écrite.

Mini Cruises 

Prices shown are per person based on 2 adults sharing an inside cabin travelling from Hull (Sunday – Wednesday departures), supplements apply for travel on other days. A surcharge will be applied to bookings made by telephone. The number of nights shown (2 nights) represents the number of consecutive nights spent on board. Extra night option (3-night mini cruise) is available on payment of a supplement. Motorist mini cruises are excluded from the extra night option. Any overnight accommodation on the continent must be booked and paid for by the passenger independently, it is not included in the extra night supplement. Minibuses, motorhomes, vehicles designed for commercial use and any vehicle carrying commercial goods will not be permitted to travel on a motorist mini cruise. The pre-booked on board meals discount is based on the % difference between the booked on board price and the pre-booked price. Car park charges apply at P&O Ferries’ terminals in Hull – £10 per 24 hours period or part thereof (£20 for a 2 night mini cruise). Coach transfers are subject to minimum numbers and we reserve the right to cancel mini cruises if under-subscribed. 25 Free Mini Cruise Mural Competition

The prize is for two (2) people to attend a Mini Cruise, sailing from Hull to Europoort between 1 October 2025 and 31 March 2026. It includes two consecutive nights onboard a P&O Ferries Mini Cruise, with return sailing including a coach transfer to either Amsterdam or Rotterdam, and a standard en-suite cabin. The prize does not include travel to or from the Port of Hull, baggage, additional food and beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excursions, attractions, or any other personal expenses not explicitly stated. Student Go Free

This offer is valid for new bookings only on the Larne to Cairnryan route. Bookings must be made by 30 September 2025, for travel between 14 August 2025 and 10 January 2026. Offer applies to bookings for a car only with an adult (driver) and at least one addition passenger classified as student aged between 16 and 25 years. Vans, minibuses, motorhomes, motorcycles, trailer/caravan, foot passengers, bicycles, 28-hour duration tickets, extras (such as Club Lounge, Priority Boarding), and commercial vehicles are excluded.
