  • Getting to us by

    If you’re travelling from the north follow either the M62 to join the A63 to Hull city centre. Coming from the south, follow the A15 across the Humber Bridge to join the A63, then follow signs for the King George Dock & Ferries and Terminal 1. Car parking is charged at £10 per 24 hour period (as of 01/01/2019).

    Please note we ask all passengers with cars to turn their car alarms off before travel to prevent alarms going off overnight. Refer to your car manual for more details on how to do this.

  • Arriving at the Port

    Please ensure you use the correct lane once you arrive at the port and stay in it until boarding the ferry and obey traffic lights/signals. There will be stewards at hand to help direct you if you are unsure of where to go.

    Skip the queue and be one of the first to board* and disembark the ferry when you upgrade your ticket to include priority boarding.

    *first to board is only available on our Dover to Calais and Cairnryan to Larne routes. Our Hull to Rotterdam route can only provide priority disembarkation.

  • Taking Your Pets

    No need to leave your furry friends behind, they can come on holiday too when you travel with us. As the North Sea journeys are overnight, all cats and dogs must be put in our air-conditioned kennels for the duration of the trip – but don’t worry, you can go and visit them as long as you speak to a member of staff first.   • Disembarkment

    The Europort Ferry Terminal is 24 miles from the centre of Rotterdam, which you can access easily by car in less than 40 minutes by following the A15. Netherlands is a small country so you can also quickly get to other great destinations such as The Hague and Amsterdam. Buses and coaches depart from the Condestraat bus terminal next to Rotterdam Central Station, where you can also catch a regular train service to most large cities in the area.  

  • Coach Transfer

    Please note there is no public transport to or from the terminal at Europort. Coach transfers can be booked online and are available from Europort to Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

    The coach leaves the port at 09:30h (Mon-Fri) and 09:45h (Sat-Sun).

    The coach drop-off point in Amsterdam is Piet Heinkade 95 Coach Stop, please note there is a 20 minute walk from the drop off location to Amsterdam Centraal railway station.

    For Rotterdam, the coach drop off point is at the bus station Conradstraat next to Rotterdam Central Station.

    You will be picked up for your return journey from the same location at 17:00 in Amsterdam and 17:00 in Rotterdam.
