If you are unhappy with any purchase made on board any of our vessels, P&O Ferries are happy to offer a refund or exchange (stock dependent) within 14 days of your purchase providing you have proof of payment. Please return in store or to our freepost address detailed below. The item must be in its original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of the following items (unless faulty)
- Cosmetics and Fragrance once the original packaging has been opened
- Headphones and earphones
If your item has developed a fault, we are happy to provide you with a full refund or a replacement (stock dependent) within 6 months of your purchase as long as you can provide us with a proof of purchase.
Swatch Watches - Swatch Watches- If your Swatch watch has developed a fault we are happy to provide you with a full refund or a replacement (stock dependent) within 30 days of your purchase as long as you can provide us with a proof of purchase. Swatch watches that develop a fault after 30 days of purchase will be sent for FREE repair and returned to you once the fault has been fixed to its original working condition, providing you have proof of payment. This must be actioned through our Customer Services team, by using the below details and not on board

Please return all faulty products within 6 months to P&O Ferries however if a manufacturing fault occurs outside of this time but within the 2 year manufacturers guarantee please return your item to any Thomas Sabo high – street store in England with proof of purchase.
The cost of goods will not be refunded until we have received the original item. P&O Ferries have the right to reduce the amount refunded depending on wear and tear.
