P&O FERRIES PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These include terms & conditions for standard and promotional offers and form part of the main P&O Ferries Terms of Business.
These terms & conditions cover advertised offers/promotions/fares and should be read in conjunction with the main P&O Ferries Terms of Business. All offers are subject to restricted space, sailings and dates, are correct at the time of publication and may be withdrawn without notice. Promotional bookings are not amendable, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, nor are they further discountable. Promotional fares are not available to book at the port. Motorhome and minibus bookings are subject to a supplement where height and length limits are exceeded and together with vans, may be exempt from some offers.
All our offers are only valid for bookings made more than 36hrs prior to your departure, unless stated otherwise.
2. Hull - Zeebrugge/Rotterdam
Save £90 Caravan Offer
Offer is valid for Short & long break bookings when departing on Saturdays & Sundays during 2017. For travel by 31st December 2017. Bookings are subject to restricted space, sailings and dates. Phone bookings are subject to a £5 booking fee. P&O Ferries reserve the right to amend or withdraw all elements of the promotion without prior notice. Subject to Promotional Conditions and P&O Ferries' Terms of Business, both available online at POferries.com. Only available for caravan/trailers over 1.8m & over 6.5m long. Offer valid for the following vehicle types only: Car and Caravan, Special Vehicle and Trailer, Motorhome and Caravan, High Car and Caravan, High Vehicle and Caravan, Minibus and Trailer. Offer only valid for bookings made more than 36hrs prior to departure. P&O Ferries reserve the right to amend or withdraw all elements of the promotion without prior notice.
Prices shown are per person based on 2 adults sharing an inside cabin travelling from Hull (Sunday – Wednesday departures), supplements apply for travel on other days. A surcharge will be applied to bookings made by telephone. The number of nights shown (2 nights) represents the number of consecutive nights spent on board. Extra night option (3-night minicruise) is available on payment of a supplement. Ghent, Ostend, The Hague, Ypres, and motorist minicruises are excluded from the extra night option. Any overnight accommodation on the continent must be booked and paid for by the passenger independently, it is not included in the extra night supplement. For any accommodation booking made with SuperBreak your contract is with SuperBreak (copies of their Terms and Conditions are available on request from SuperBreak). Minibuses, motorhomes, vehicles designed for commercial use and any vehicle carrying commercial goods will not be permitted to travel on a motorist minicruise. The pre-booked on board meals discount is based on the % difference between the booked on board price and the pre-booked price. Car park charges apply at P&O Ferries’ terminals in Hull – £7 per 24 hours period or part thereof (£14 for a 2 night minicruise). Coach transfers to Ghent, Ostend, The Hague and Ypres are subject to minimum numbers and we reserve the right to cancel minicruises if under-subscribed. 3. Dover - Calais
Free Fuel Offer
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Administrator: TLC Marketing UK Ltd, 17a-19 Harcourt Street, London, W1H 4HF.
Eligibility: The promotion is open to qualifying UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its affiliates, agents, the immediate families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion. To be eligible for the Offer, all participants must have purchased a ferry ticket for one of the Qualifying Routes (as detailed below) and successfully complete the ‘how to participate’ process (as detailed below).
Qualifying Routes: Participants of this promotion must purchase a ferry ticket for one of the following routes: Hull-Europoort/Zeebrugge only.
Qualifying Tickets: The offer is valid for Minicruise roundtrip, extra night minicruise footpasenger and motorist minicruise bookings for cars and footpassengers only. Phone bookings are subject to a £5 booking fee.
Promotional Period: Participants must purchase their ferry ticket between 02-Mar-18 – 20-Mar-18 for travel between 04-Mar-18 – 28-Mar-18.
The Offer: All eligible participants are able to claim up to £10 cash back on fuel spend within the promotional period. Offer applies to new bookings only.

Fuelback Code: This is the unique code provided to customers in the email sent by P&O.
Reclaim Period: The period of time beginning 24 hours after the outbound journey date and ending after 90 days.
How to participate: Eligible participants that wish to claim the Offer must have purchased a ferry ticket for a qualifying route during the Promotional Period. The participant must visit the Promotional Site within the Reclaim Period. The participant must enter their full name, email address, Fuelback code, P&O booking reference number, outbound travel date and upload their fuel receipt (the fuel receipt can be for any date within 30 days of the date of outbound travel) on the Promotional Site. Within 7 working days of the participant completing the form on the Promotional Site, the Administrator will contact valid participants with next steps. All valid claims will be notified by email (“Notification Email”) and participants have 14 days to provide their bank account details via a secured portal accessed through a secured link in the Notification Email. All payments will be made by the Administrator via BACS payment within 3 working days of receiving the participant’s bank account information.
Invalid claims: a claim will be deemed invalid if the participant;
- Resides outside of the UK
- Does not have a UK bank account
- Has made the fuel spend and ferry purchase in a currency that is not in UK Sterling
- Failed to complete a Qualifying Booking during the Promotional Period;
- Failed to make a claim during the Reclaim Period;
- Failed to submit a clear and legible proof of purchase of fuel;
- Failed to provide their bank details for BACS payment within 14 days of receipt of Notification Email;
- Failed to satisfy the Eligibility criteria (as detailed in point 3 above);
- Failed to complete the claim on the Promotional Site correctly;
- Failed to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter or Administrator in its sole discretion; or
- Failed to comply with P&O Ferries’ Terms of Business, available online at poferries.com.
Redeeming the Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All claims must be received by the Administrator no later than midnight on 26-Jun-18 for the promotion running 02-Mar-18 – 20-Mar-18.
If the fuel receipt provided has a value less than £10, the participant will be paid the lesser value.
The Promoter and Administrator accepts no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator no later than midnight on 26-Jun-18 for the promotion running 02-Mar-18 – 20-Mar-18.
The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require participant to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
Only one claim is permitted per eligible booking.
The Offer is not transferable.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter and Administrator, nor its agents or distributors will, permitted by law, be responsible or liable to compensate the participant or other bearer, or accept any liability, any personal loss or injury occurring whilst using the Offer or this promotion and neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Offer and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

The Promoter and Administrator’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with the law in England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

3 & 5 Day Offer
Offers are valid for bookings made by 28th February 2017 for travel between 9th January and 16th March 2017. Bookings are subject to restricted space, sailings and dates. Excludes travel on 14-16, 21-23, 28-30th October. Bookings must be made at least 3 days before departure. Tickets cannot be amended within 3 days of travel. Excludes foot passengers, cyclists, motorcycles, minibuses, motorhomes, vehicles designed for commercial use and caravans/trailers. Phone bookings are subject to a £5 booking fee. FAMILY FOOT PASSENGER OFFER
Offer is subject to restricted space, sailings and dates. Book by 14th January 2018 for travel by 15th January 2018. Family foot daytrip price is for 2 Adults and up to 3 children. Sun-Fri travel £29.00 return and Sat £39 return. Additional adults/children Sun-Fri: Adult £13.00 each way - Child £6.00 each way and Sat: Adult £20.00 each way - Child £10.00 each way. Offer is subject to restricted space, sailings and dates and is subject to limited availability. P&O Ferries reserves the right to withdraw this offer without prior notice.
Save Up To 15%
Book by 28th February 2017 for travel by 31st December 2017. Fare shown is a web Saver fare and is valid for a car and driver. Fare shown is subject to restricted space, sailings and dates. Offer must be booked and amended at least 2 days before outward travel date. Offer is subject to restricted space, sailings and dates. £5 surcharge applies to bookings made via our contact centre. Offer is valid for all tourist vehicles. Offer excludes vans, foot passengers, trailers. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Tokens are valid toward bookings made against any non-promotional and unrestricted standard fares on Cairnryan to Larne only. Excludes motorhomes, caravans and vans.
· Minimum advanced booking period of 28 days required, unless otherwise stated.
· Tokens cannot be used against Port Club bookings.
· Your trip must be booked within the 6 month validity period of the Clubcard Boost token however you do not have to travel within this period.
· Bookings must be made via the Call Centre.
· Telephone booking fee not applicable for Clubcard bookings.
- Redemption of Clubcard tokens are subject to sailing availability.
· Clubcard Boost paper tokens must be received, by P&O Ferries, within 7 days of the initial booking date your reservation. If tokens are not received your booking will be cancelled.
· No change will be given if the value of tokens is greater than the cost of your journey.
· Bookings, amendments and cancellations are subject to our P&O Ferries terms of business.
· Boost tokens cannot be used on products operated by third party suppliers.
Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed by phone towards the purchase of a ferry crossing with P&O Ferries between Dover and Calais, Hull and Europoort/Zeebrugge, Larne and Cairnryan/Troon or Liverpool and Dublin. Gift Vouchers cannot be used towards the purchase of goods on board P&O Ferries' vessels nor in the ports' outlets. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be resold or bartered. If the cost of the purchased crossing exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card at the time of booking. Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue. Only one Gift Voucher may be used per transaction.
