DIRECTIONS TO HULL PORT
You can get to Hull ferry terminal by road, or by taxi or bus from the city centre.
Below you’ll find all the information you need to get there on your departure day.
Make sure you leave in plenty of time: Check-in for all passengers sailing from Hull to Rotterdam is 90 minutes before departure at Terminal 1.
The ferry terminal is 3.3 miles from Hull city centre.

King George Dock
From the north, follow either the M62 or A1079 and join the A63 to Hull city centre. If you’re coming from the south, take follow the A15 across the Humber Bridge then turn east to find the A63 that way. Once in Hull, follow the signs to King George Dock & Ferries and Terminal 1.
The Hull ferry bus pick-up point is at Paragon Interchange, Stand 38 (Bus 70). Last bus: 17:00. If you’re taking this coach you don’t need to worry about check-in times. Cost is £3.25 (single).
Europoort to Amsterdam: Following disembarkation/immigration procedures the transfer leaves from the terminal and goes to the Bus Stop Lovers, Prins Hendrikkade 25. The transfer time is approximately 90 minutes depending on the traffic. You will be collected from here at 17.00 sharp to return to the port. The cost of this journey is £7/€11.50 (single).
Hull can be reached easily by train from locations in the North of England and Scotland. The taxi fare from Hull train station to the ferry terminal is approximately £5 (€8).
If you’re travelling on foot or taking one of our minicruises, you must check-in via Terminal 2.
- The terminal can get busy at peak times so please arrive in plenty of time for your ferry.
- As of 1st April 2020 car parking at Hull will be chargeable at £10 per 24hr period.
- It’s important we get everyone on board quickly so all ferries can depart on schedule.
