1. Season tickets

Subject to the number of tickets purchased a limited number of tickets can be transferred to friends and family for an additional fee of £10 (€12) per ticket. A request to transfer a ticket must be made in advance of travel through our call centre. Tickets cannot be transferred at the port.

  • 3-4 returns: none
  • 5-8 returns: up to 2 transferable
  • 9-11 returns: up to 3 transferable
  • 12-19 returns: up to 5 transferable

Tickets are valid for travel for 12 months from the date of purchase. All outward crossings must be completed within their 12 month validity.

The published prices are available for cars only.

On the Dover - Calais route, is only available to travel with cars, motorcycles and motorcycle combinations only.

On the North Sea routes, supplements will be applied to motorhomes, trailers, caravans and minibuses. The tickets include two passengers only and supplements will be applied for more passengers. Supplements apply on all routes for vehicles over 1.83 metres in height and/or over 6 metres in length. A separate Season Ticket scheme for vans for non-commercial use is available.

Peak supplements will apply to Season Tickets on selected dates throughout the year on all routes. This supplement will vary according to the route and vehicle type. On North Sea Season Tickets a ‘High Season’ (1st July – 6th September) supplement will also apply.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. On the Dover – Calais route, Club Lounge seats, Priority Loading and Pets may be added at the time of booking. If these services are not available on the date and time of travel, the cost of these services will be refunded upon request.

Season Tickets are subject to restricted space and availability.

Refunds, either in part or full, will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Season Ticket reference numbers must be issued before travel.

Five-day return tickets are valid for five calendar days on the Continent.

Tickets purchased for restricted durations may be upgraded to the standard return fare upon payment of the applicable supplement.

Tickets purchased cannot be made cross route; separate blocks of tickets need to be purchased if you wish to mix routes.

Where applicable, one standard inside two berth cabin is included each way in the cost of each ticket. Upgrades are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Season Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

2. Free Fuel Offer

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1. Promoter: P&O Ferries Holdings Limited («P&O»), Company registration no. 6038077 and registered office is at P&O Ferries, Channel House, Channel View Road, Dover CT17 9TJ. 2. Administrator: TLC Marketing UK Ltd, 17a-19 Harcourt Street, London, W1H 4HF. 3. Eligibility: The promotion is open to qualifying UK & Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its affiliates, agents, the immediate families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion. To be eligible for the Offer, all participants must have purchased a ferry ticket for one of the Qualifying Routes (as detailed below) and successfully complete the ‘how to participate’ process (as detailed below). 4. Qualifying Routes: Participants of this promotion must purchase a ferry ticket for one of the following routes: Dover-Calais/Calais-Dover, Cairnryan-Larne/Larne-Cairnryan. 5. Qualifying Tickets: The offer is valid for long break (5+ days) and one-way bookings for cars, motorhomes and motorcycles only - all other vehicle types are excluded. Phone bookings are subject to a £5 booking fee. 6. Promotional Period: Participants must purchase their ferry ticket between 26/10/2017 - 26/10/2017 for travel between 28/09/17 - 08/01/18. 7. The Offer: All eligible participants are able to claim up to £15 or €15 cash back on fuel spend within the promotional period. 8. Promotional Site: www.poferriesfuelback.com 9. Fuelback Code: This is the unique code provided to customers in the email sent by P&O. 10. Reclaim Period: The period of time beginning 24 hours after the outbound journey date and ending after 90 days. 11. How to participate: Eligible participants that wish to claim the Offer must have purchased a ferry ticket for a qualifying route during the Promotional Period. The participant must visit the Promotional Site within the Reclaim Period. The participant must enter their full name, email address, Fuelback code, P&O booking reference number, outbound travel date and upload their fuel receipt (the fuel receipt can be for any date within 30 days of the date of outbound travel) on the Promotional Site. Within 7 working days of the participant completing the form on the Promotional Site, the Administrator will contact valid participants with next steps. All valid claims will be notified by email (“Notification Email”) and participants have 14 days to provide their bank account details via a secured portal accessed through a secured link in the Notification Email. All payments will be made by the Administrator via BACS payment within 3 working days of receiving the participant’s bank account information. 12. Invalid claims: a claim will be deemed invalid if the participant; a. Resides outside of the UK or Republic of Ireland b. Does not have a UK or Irish bank account c. Has made the fuel spend and ferry purchase in a currency that is not in UK Sterling or Euro; d. Failed to complete a Qualifying Booking during the Promotional Period; e. Failed to make a claim during the Reclaim Period; f. Failed to submit a clear and legible proof of purchase of fuel; g. Failed to provide their bank details for BACS payment within 14 days of receipt of Notification Email; h. Failed to satisfy the Eligibility criteria (as detailed in point 3 above); i. Failed to complete the claim on the Promotional Site correctly; j. Failed to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter or Administrator in its sole discretion; or k. Failed to comply with P&O Ferries’ Terms of Business, available online at poferries.com. 13. Redeeming the Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 14. All claims must be received by the Administrator no later than midnight on 8 April 2018 for the promotion running 26/09/2017 - 26/10/2017. 15. If the fuel receipt provided has a value less than £15 / €15, the participant will be paid the lesser value. 16. The Promoter and Administrator accepts no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator no later than midnight on 8 April 2018 for the promotion running 26/09/2017 - 26/10/2017. 17. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require participant to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid. 18. Only one claim is permitted per eligible booking. 19. The Offer is not transferable. 20. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. 21. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter and Administrator, nor its agents or distributors will, permitted by law, be responsible or liable to compensate the participant or other bearer, or accept any liability, any personal loss or injury occurring whilst using the Offer or this promotion and neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Offer and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected. 22. By completing the form on the Promotional Site and submitting a claim, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent of the Administrator processing their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this promotion. The Promoter is the data controller and the Administrator is the data processor. By opting into the marketing consent of the Promoter, the participant gives their consent to the transfer of their name, surname and email to the Promoter. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. 27. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with the law in England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
