Our new app enables coach drivers, travel company representatives or group travel organisers to scan passports or ID cards of all passengers travelling on a coach in advance of arrival at the port of Dover. Useful Information
Change in French Legislation
We would like to draw your attention to and relay a change in legislation. We have been informed by the French authorities that fines will be imposed on coach companies which transport passengers without valid travel documentation or visa, up to the amount of €10000 per refused passenger. The fine will be imposed on the driver/company via a court order or the driver maybe arrested in Calais. For further information including requirements, please visit france-visas.gouv.fr.
We will absorb any price increases until the price of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) reaches £340 per tonne. At this point the fuel surcharge calculator will indicate the appropriate surcharge for the applicable journey for each coach booking.

Speed up the check-in process at port by scanning all passport and ID cards ahead of your arrival, then simply present the app to port staff once at the port, who will direct you through to check in, without the need for API checks.

Please ensure to read and complete the below Young Persons Behaviour form prior to travel. This form must be handed to the Duty Manager at the Information Desk on embarkation.
