Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für Werbeaktionen

1. General

Allgemeines

Diese Bedingungen beziehen sich auf beworbene Angebote/Promotionen/Tarife und gelten in Verbindung mit den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von P&O Ferries. Alle Angebote gelten vorbehaltlich begrenzter Kapazitäten, Abfahrten und Daten, sind zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung korrekt und können ohne vorherige Ankündigung zurückgezogen werden. Buchungen im Rahmen von Werbeaktionen sind nicht änderbar und können, sofern nicht anders angegeben, nicht rückerstattet oder storniert werden. Werbeangebote können nicht in Verbindung mit anderen Angeboten oder Gutscheinen genutzt werden und sind nicht weiter rabattierbar. Aktionspreise können nicht am Hafen gebucht werden. Für Wohnmobile und Kleinbusse wird bei Überschreitung von Höhen- und Längenbegrenzungen ein Zuschlag erhoben. Wie auch Kleintransporter können sie von einigen Angeboten ausgenommen sein.

All unsere Angebote gelten ausschließlich für Buchungen, die mehr als 36 Stunden vor der Abfahrt vorgenommen werden, sofern nicht anders angegeben.

2. AGBs für Geschenkgutscheine

1. Geschenkgutscheine können nur telefonisch beim Kauf einer Fährüberfahrt mit P&O Ferries zwischen Dover und Calais, Hull und Europoort/Zeebrügge, Larne und Cairnryan oder Liverpool und Dublin eingelöst werden.

2. Geschenkgutscheine können nicht für den Kauf von Waren an Bord der Fähren von P&O Ferries oder in den Verkaufsstellen der Häfen verwendet werden.

3. Um einen Geschenkgutschein einzulösen, muss die Person, deren Name auf dem Gutschein steht, wie vom Käufer zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs angegeben, zur gebuchten Reisegruppe gehören. Geschenkgutscheine sind nicht übertragbar und dürfen nicht weiterverkauft oder getauscht werden.

4. Ein nicht genutztes Guthaben wird auf den Namen des Empfängers eingetragen. Hierfür wird eine neue Referenznummer vergeben, die zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt eingelöst werden kann. 

5. Falls die Kosten für die gebuchte Überfahrt den Wert des Geschenkgutscheins übersteigen, muss der Restbetrag zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung per Kredit- oder EC-Karte bezahlt werden. 

6. Die Geschenkgutscheine sind ein Jahr ab Ausstellungsdatum gültig.

7. Pro Transaktion kann nur ein Geschenkgutschein eingelöst werden. 

8. Geschenkgutscheine können nur in der Währung eingelöst werden, in der sie ausgestellt wurden.

9. Geschenkgutscheine können nicht gegen Bargeld eingelöst werden und sind nicht erstattungsfähig.

10. Geschenkgutscheine sind ungültig, wenn sie verändert oder in betrügerischer Absicht erworben wurden.

11. Gutscheine können nicht mit bereits durchgeführten Buchungen verrechnet werden.

12. Geschenkgutscheine können nicht für den Kauf anderer Geschenkgutscheine verwendet werden.

13. Sobald ein Geschenkgutschein eingelöst und eine Fährbuchung für den genannten Empfänger bestätigt wurde, gelten die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von P&O Ferries.

14. P&O Ferries ist nicht verantwortlich, wenn ein Geschenkgutschein verloren geht, gestohlen, vernichtet oder unrechtmäßig verwendet wird. 

15. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Kinder unter 16 Jahren nicht ohne Begleitung reisen dürfen und dass junge Erwachsene zwischen 16 und 17 Jahren nicht ohne schriftliche Erlaubnis der Eltern reisen dürfen.

Mini Cruises 

Prices shown are per person based on 2 adults sharing an inside cabin travelling from Hull (Sunday – Wednesday departures), supplements apply for travel on other days. A surcharge will be applied to bookings made by telephone. The number of nights shown (2 nights) represents the number of consecutive nights spent on board. Extra night option (3-night mini cruise) is available on payment of a supplement. Motorist mini cruises are excluded from the extra night option. Any overnight accommodation on the continent must be booked and paid for by the passenger independently, it is not included in the extra night supplement. Minibuses, motorhomes, vehicles designed for commercial use and any vehicle carrying commercial goods will not be permitted to travel on a motorist mini cruise. The pre-booked on board meals discount is based on the % difference between the booked on board price and the pre-booked price. Car park charges apply at P&O Ferries’ terminals in Hull – £10 per 24 hours period or part thereof (£20 for a 2 night mini cruise). Coach transfers are subject to minimum numbers and we reserve the right to cancel mini cruises if under-subscribed. 25 Free Mini Cruise Mural Competition

The prize is for two (2) people to attend a Mini Cruise, sailing from Hull to Europoort between 1 October 2025 and 31 March 2026. It includes two consecutive nights onboard a P&O Ferries Mini Cruise, with return sailing including a coach transfer to either Amsterdam or Rotterdam, and a standard en-suite cabin. The prize does not include travel to or from the Port of Hull, baggage, additional food and beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excursions, attractions, or any other personal expenses not explicitly stated. Student Go Free

This offer is valid for new bookings only on the Larne to Cairnryan route. Bookings must be made by 30 September 2025, for travel between 14 August 2025 and 10 January 2026. Offer applies to bookings for a car only with an adult (driver) and at least one addition passenger classified as student aged between 16 and 25 years. Vans, minibuses, motorhomes, motorcycles, trailer/caravan, foot passengers, bicycles, 28-hour duration tickets, extras (such as Club Lounge, Priority Boarding), and commercial vehicles are excluded.
