The food voucher will automatically show on your booking.

Receive the voucher at check in at the port of Dover to redeem your cashback on board after purchase.
How to redeem voucher

Make your food purchase of at least £20 onboard and keep the receipt from the purchase.

Take your receipt and the voucher you received at check-in to the ‘Bureau de change' on board who will exchange them for £20 cashback.
Spend £20 at any onboard food outlet, then show a valid receipt of £20 or more to get £20 back from the Bureau de Change on board, after purchase.
Long break bookings (7 days or more) or single tickets travelling up to 30 September 2025.
Dover to Calais route only.
Exclusions
Excludes travel on a bicycle and foot passengers.
