We want to give our NHS, Social Care, and Frontline workers the recognition they deserve and say a massive thank you for the endless work they have done for us all over the past year.
Join us for a fun filled day on board, on Saturday 31st July 2021, as we celebrate the amazing NHS, Social Care, and Frontline workers who have worked tirelessly throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.

As a thank you token from P&O Ferries, all NHS staff, Social Care and Frontline workers will be able to attend free of charge with a valid ID badge - Please ensure to register for your free ticket.
And that's not all, we have a number of mini cruise prizes up for grabs in our on board raffle, giving lots of lucky attendees the chance of winning a mini cruise for two. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the official charities of the NHS, Social Care and Frontline Workers Day. The two amazing charities are; NHS Charities Together and the National Care Association.’

Enjoy the sound of live music, with sets from our fabulous duo and steel drum players. Plus, that’s not all, we have plenty to keep the kids entertained as our on board team will be on hand with a mixture of arts and crafts, as well as balloon modelling your little ones favourite creations!
12:00 – Afternoon tea is served
Indulge in a true British tradition with our afternoon tea boxes. Enjoy delicious sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, a selection of cakes and, of course, a cup of tea.
13:00 – A toast to the Heroes of the NHS, Social Care, and frontline workers.
Join us as we raise a glass and toast those who have given and continue to give so much, 24 hours a day, seven days a week within the NHS, social care and on the front line. We thank you and here's a cheers to you.

The NHS, Social Care and Frontline worker day is a new annual day of gratitude, thanks and remembrance of all those who lost their lives due to COVID.
The first ever NHS, Social Care & Frontline Workers Day will take place on Monday 5th July 2021, whereby organisers encourage everyone to get involved with hosting events and fundraising for NHS charities.
Why the 5th July? It's a special date! The 5th July 1948 was an historic moment in our country’s history. It was the day our incredible National Health Service (NHS) was created, bringing free healthcare to everyone. We have treasured it ever since it's creation, but more so since the Coronavirus pandemic.
We are incredibly proud to be supporting this day and celebrating our NHS and Frontline workers with our event onboard on: Saturday 31st July 2021.
