The Brasserie menu also now includes tasty 'While You Wait' options including; Warm Bread Rolls & Butter and Mixed Pitted Olives and to start your meal; Antipasto, Baked Camembert and a Smoked Salmon & King Prawn Cocktail are among the tempting options.

The main supplier of the delicious wines we serve on board works directly with a Master of Wine, one of only 366 in the world!

Conal Gregory is an International Wine Consultant and Master of Wine, a qualification held by fewer than there are astronauts in the world. He is in demand as an expert judge and blender. For over 15 years he was Panel Chairman of the International Wine Challenge (where companies from 60 countries compete for bronze, silver and gold awards) and formerly Chairman of The International Wine & Spirit Competition.
