Credit Note Information

With the easing of rules, we are no longer accepting requests for credit notes. Instead you can Book with Confidence knowing that you can amend your travel dates without incurring an amendment fee during 2022.

The book with confidence pledge is available on all of our routes and allows you to delay your travel dates to later in 2022 - for travel up to 31st December 2022.

The health and safety of our passengers and crew remain, as always, our highest priority. Rest assured, we will continue to sail on our routes from Dover, Hull, Cairnryan & Liverpool in line with the Government’s travel advice, and will notify you in the event that there are any changes. Please do keep an eye on our social channels and Sailing Updates pages for the latest information.

How to amend your booking:

You can amend your travel dates online in 'My Account'.

Terms & Conditions: Book with Confidence is valid for bookings across our Dover to Calais, Hull to Rotterdam and Liverpool to Dublin services for travel by 31st December 2022.Valid on bookings made by the 30th December 2022. Excludes vehicles designed for commercial use. Date of travel must be amended before original travel dates occur. Return travel must be completed before 31st December 2022. P&O Ferries will waive the cost of our amendment fee to all applicable ticket types however customers will need to pay any difference in sailing price. Bookings made under a promotion cannot be amended to dates outside of the applicable promotion period. Offer is non transferable and is subject to restricted space and availability. P&O Ferries reserve the right to amend or withdraw all elements of the promotion without prior notice.
