Regulamin promocji

1. Postanowienia ogólne

Niniejszy regulamin dotyczy reklamowanych ofert/promocji/taryf, a jego postanowienia powinny być interpretowane w połączeniu z postanowieniami Regulaminu prowadzenia działalności P&O Ferries. Dostępność wszelkich ofert zależy od dostępności miejsc, rejsów i dat. Oferty te są poprawne w momencie publikacji i mogą zostać wycofane bez uprzedzenia. Jeśli nie zaznaczono inaczej, rezerwacje promocyjne nie podlegają zmianom, a także nie ma możliwości zwrotu pieniędzy ani anulowania rezerwacji. Promocji nie można łączyć z innymi promocjami, ofertami ani bonami, a ponadto nie podlegają one dalszym obniżkom. Promocyjne taryfy nie są dostępne podczas wykupowania rezerwacji w porcie. Rezerwacje przepraw dla kamperów i minibusów mogą wymagać dopłat w przypadku przekroczenia limitów wysokości i długości. Ponadto pojazdy te, wraz z samochodami dostawczymi, mogą być wyłączone z niektórych ofert.

Jeśli nie zaznaczono inaczej, wszystkie oferty są ważne tylko dla rezerwacji dokonanych na ponad 36 godzin przed rozpoczęciem podróży.

2. Regulamin bonów podarunkowych

1. Bony podarunkowe mogą być zrealizowane tylko przez telefon oraz wyłącznie na zakup przeprawy promowej świadczonej przez P&O Ferries pomiędzy Dover i Calais, Hull i Europoort/Zeebrugge, Larne i Cairnryan lub Liverpoolem i Dublinem.

2. Bony podarunkowe nie mogą być wykorzystane na zakup towarów na pokładzie statków P&O Ferries ani w portowych punktach sprzedaży.

3. Aby móc zrealizować Bon podarunkowy, osoba, której nazwisko podane przez nabywcę w momencie zakupu widnieje na bonie, musi należeć do grupy pasażerów rezerwujących podroż. Bony podarunkowe nie podlegają przeniesieniu i nie mogą zostać odsprzedane ani wymienione na inne towary.

4. Niewykorzystane saldo zostanie zapisane na nazwisko odbiorcy, który otrzyma nowy numer referencyjny do zrealizowania w późniejszym terminie. 

5. Jeśli koszt zakupionej przeprawy przekracza wartość Bonu podarunkowego, pozostałą kwotę należy zapłacić kartą kredytową lub debetową w momencie dokonywania rezerwacji. 

6. Bonu podarunkowe wygasają po upływie roku od daty ich wydania.

7. Podczas jednej transakcji można wykorzystać tylko jeden Bon podarunkowy. 

8. Bony podarunkowe można realizować wyłącznie w walucie, w której zostały wydane.

9. Bonów podarunkowych nie można wymienić na gotówkę ani otrzymać zwrotu pieniędzy za ich zakup.

10. Bony podarunkowe będą uznawane za nieważne, jeśli zostały zmodyfikowane lub nabyte w nieuczciwy sposób.

11. Bonów podarunkowych nie można użyć do opłacenia rezerwacji, które zostały już dokonane.

12. Bonów podarunkowych nie można użyć do zakupu innych Bonów podarunkowych.

 

13. Po zrealizowaniu Bonu podarunkowego i potwierdzeniu rezerwacji na nazwisko odbiorcy obowiązują ogólne warunki prowadzenia działalności P&O Ferries.

 

14. P&O Ferries nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za bon podarunkowy, który zostanie zgubiony, skradziony, zniszczony lub użyty bez pozwolenia. 

15. Należy pamiętać, że dzieci poniżej 16. roku życia nie mogą podróżować bez opieki, a młodzież w wieku 16-17 lat nie może podróżować bez pisemnej zgody rodziców.

4. Hull to Rotterdam promotions

Mini Cruise Live Flash Sale - Up to 25% Off Mini Cruise Live 

Valid only for the following Mini Cruise Live events: 80’s Night with T’Pau, 90’s Throwback, Noughties Takeover and Ibiza Weekender, sailing on the date specified for the Mini Cruise Live Events, and excludes all other Mini Cruise Live events. Price discount is £50 reduction per passenger and £25 for a child, which may be more than 25% discount in some cases. Applicable for Hull-Europoort Mini Cruise Live bookings made from 02 October 2025 to 23:59 on 09 October 2025. Only valid for foot passengers. 5. Hull to Rotterdam Mini Cruise Conditions

Mini Cruises 

Prices shown are per person based on 2 adults sharing an inside cabin travelling from Hull (Sunday – Wednesday departures), supplements apply for travel on other days. A surcharge will be applied to bookings made by telephone. The number of nights shown (2 nights) represents the number of consecutive nights spent on board. Extra night option (3-night mini cruise) is available on payment of a supplement. Motorist mini cruises are excluded from the extra night option. Any overnight accommodation on the continent must be booked and paid for by the passenger independently, it is not included in the extra night supplement. Minibuses, motorhomes, vehicles designed for commercial use and any vehicle carrying commercial goods will not be permitted to travel on a motorist mini cruise. The pre-booked on board meals discount is based on the % difference between the booked on board price and the pre-booked price. Car park charges apply at P&O Ferries’ terminals in Hull – £10 per 24 hours period or part thereof (£20 for a 2 night mini cruise). Coach transfers are subject to minimum numbers and we reserve the right to cancel mini cruises if under-subscribed. The prize is for two (2) people to attend a Mini Cruise, sailing from Hull to Europoort between 1 October 2025 and 31 March 2026.
