2 How to book a ferry

You can book a ferry ticket online via our website, using the ‘book now’ buttons located around our website or via our fare finder at the top of our homepage. Simply complete your route, travel dates, number of passengers and method of travel details to begin your booking journey.

3 What is an ETA?
An ETA is a digital permission to travel, it authorises a person to travel to the UK. From 8 January 2025, non-EU residents will be required to have an ETA, with EU residents also requiring an ETA from 2 April 2025 for stays less than six months. 4 How do I amend my ferry booking?
If you have a P&O Ferries account, simply log on and amend your ferry booking via your account page – please ensure you have read through our ticket terms and conditions before making any amends. If you would prefer to amend your booking via the phone or are seeking special assistance related amends or requests, please speak with a member of our customer contact centre on 01304 448888, who will be happy to help. If you have placed your ferry booking via one of our partners, your booking amendment must be made directly with them.
