Please allow at least 14 days before the new date of travel date when requesting to amend/make your new booking. We will prioritise each request based on the new date of travel* requested.

Many of our staff members continue to work from home under government guidelines and may only be contactable via email or online messaging. We are experiencing a high volume of requests and apologise in advance for the delay in our response time, but rest assured we will confirm your booking as quickly as we can.

*For bookings requested for travel in 2020, we will email to confirm your booking you within 14 days of submitting your request. Our sailings in 2021 are not yet on sale; we expect to be able to confirm credit redemptions for travel in 2021 by the end of October. We will hold your request and contact you as soon as these sailings are open for sale.
