We will hold the price of your ticket as a credit against a future booking of the same ticket type (you can rebook and travel within 13 months of the original date of outward travel).

If you are travelling before 15 November 2020 on our Dover - Calais, Cairnryan to Larne, or Hull to Rotterdam/Zeebrugge routes you can make your claim via our online form below.
We will email you within the next 28 days to confirm that your credit has been activated, and confirm how to re-book in the future. We continue to follow government and maritime guidelines, and can therefore only refer you to your travel insurance for any other rights to refund.
