Conal Gregory is an International Wine Consultant and Master of Wine, a qualification held by fewer than there are astronauts in the world. He is in demand as an expert judge and blender. For over 15 years he was Panel Chairman of the International Wine Challenge (where companies from 60 countries compete for bronze, silver and gold awards) and formerly Chairman of The International Wine & Spirit Competition.

Our attentive staff will be on hand to provide waiter service in the Brasserie. Our experienced staff team will be on hand to keep the wine topped up and ensure everything is perfect with your meal.
Our menu offers something for all tastes and appetites including some menu favourites; a 7oz steak with a portobello mushroom, grilled tomato, and skin-on fries, confit duck leg - made with the finest ingredients to an authentic recipe, or for our vegetarian guests: a rich wild mushroom spelt risotto.

Children’s Menu Available
The Brasserie is a great choice for the whole family with our children’s menu, containing classic dishes such as a beef burger, pizza, or pasta dishes. The children’s menu is designed for those up to the age of seven.
